Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 25% service fee based on the appointment(s) booked.
No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a 100% service fee based on the appointment(s) booked.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior communication may be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
Payment Authorization: A card on file is required to reserve your appointment. By booking, you authorize our salon to apply the above fees to your card if necessary.
